Browsarabia Sal's Design contest rules and
guidelines: |
|
| |
|
|
| |
- We are looking original, creative and unique animated or
non-animated e-cards on the following themes only:
- Love
- Christmas
- Ramadan
- Friendship
- Birthday
- Baby
- Everyday cards like Mabrouk, Miss you, Hi/Hello, Happy
Holidays
- Arabic proverbs or sayings
- The text of the e-card must be in
English language, with a middle eastern flavor and/or expression and/or humor;
- You can write Arabic expressions if you
wish or you can mix Arabic expressions with English ones;
- Vulgar or coarse language or
expressions are forbidden and will be automatically rejected;
- All entries must be the original
creation of the submitting author.
- You are not allowed to send us designs
and/or expressions that belong to or emanate from a third party or that are
copyrighted in favor of a third party.
- Your designs must be submitted on or
before the above-mentioned deadline, failing which they will be automatically
rejected from the contest;
- By submitting your design, you agree to
abide by the contest rules herein;
- Enter as many designs as you would like;
- Label each of you submission, with your
full name, phone number, postal address and email address (if you have one).
- Browsarabia Sal shall be entitled to
purchase any e-card it receives at a fixed price of USD Ten Dollars ($10.00)
per non animated card and USD Fifteen Dollars ( $15.00) per animated card;
- Any of your designed e-card that you
provide us and that is bought by us , shall remain the sole property of
Browsarabia sal and/or MeGreetings.com;
- As sole owner of the purchased e-cards,
Browsarabia sal shall be entitled to publish the designed e-card on the World
Wide Web or any other place of its choice, at Browsarabia's entire discretion,
without any other compensation to you except for purchase price outlined in
section 11 herein and unless you are one of the Grand Prize winner, all without
any recourse against Browsarabia sal and/or MeGreetings.com;
- Winners shall have their names posted
on this website;
- Winners shall be contacted as soon as
all entries have been read and evaluated.
- This contest is open for professionals
and amateur designers. Employees of Browsarabia sal and/or Megreetings.com
(including their immediate families) are not allowed to participate.
- The e-cards must respect the
below-mentioned e-card design specifications.

E-Card Design
Specifications: |

|
| |
- You must submit 2 copies of the card : one small size (70
pixels x70 pixels) and the same one on a bigger size (350 pixels x 350 pixels);
- The design can be .gif or .jpeg (but the 2 cards must be of
the same type, either 2 gif or 2 jpeg) ;
- The big animated card must not be more than 35K and the small
animated card must be less than 4K;
- The big non animated card must not be more than 20K and the
small non animated card must be less than 2K;
- Resolution must be 72dpi
- Colors : RGB safe colors
